By installing or using the Docs & PDF Mail Merge Google Workspace Add-on ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the Add-on and discontinue use.
Docs & PDF Mail Merge is a Google Workspace Add-on that enables users to generate PDF documents by merging data from Google Sheets into Google Docs templates. The Service operates within Google Workspace using your own Google account, Drive, Sheets, and Docs data.
Use of the Service requires a valid Google account and access to Google Workspace (including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive). You are responsible for maintaining your Google account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Add-on code, design, and related materials are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Add-on for its intended purpose within your Google Workspace environment.
Documents, PDFs, and content generated using your own templates and Sheets data remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your data or generated documents.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
The Service relies on Google Workspace services (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Apps Script). Your use of those services is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are independent of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
